The Garden.
All life is there - birth, growth, death and regeneration. Caring for our gardens is a source of wonder, hard work, joy and anxiety. In these paintings I hope to convey the beauty and the complexity of, for example, a beautiful flower but also an insect eating it for it's own survival and continuation of it's own species. A fine balance between attraction and destruction sometimes out of skew to our eyes, but nature finds a way.
